V8 Kid

A car comedy centered around Hashiru Kido commonly known as Kid. The fastest man in the country, a small country called The Independent Nation Republic of Chibaragi, it was formed rom Chiba and Ibaraki prefectures which were separated from the main island of Japan due to a large earthquake.
