Three high school girls, Kaede, Juli, and Kanon, suddenly gain superpowers from the heavens above. They decide to use their powers to become superheroes but are defeated by the boss of the evil organization, "Dark Skull."

Afterwards, the three girls are captured by the evil organization and are forced by Dark Skull to be produced as hero idols.
